We are expanding our sales team nationwide and are seeking candidates to introduce and quickly grow sales of our unique new three-dimensional wound matrix, Miro3D, into the outpatient wound care market.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • At least one year of experience selling clinical wound care products into the outpatient wound care market
  • Knowledge of and relationships with wound care physicians and clinic office and billing staff in the territory to be covered
  • A strong understanding of the reimbursement process
  • Experience executing new product launches into the outpatient market while reimbursement and local coverage payment rates are being decided

In this role you will:

  • Present, promote and sell Miro3D into the outpatient market using persuasive clinical and business discussions to prospective and existing customers
  • Quickly grow sales in new accounts and identify sales growth opportunities in existing accounts
  • Execute the company’s customer and account sales plans which result in meeting established sales goals
  • Manage price negotiation of products within the company’s pricing rules
  • Successfully launch the company’s new products by driving customer uptake, initial use and repeat utilization through account purchases
  • Create and execute specific customer and account sales plans which result in meeting established sales goals
  • Develop ethical, long-term customer relationships and represent the company positively to customers through field travel, medical meetings, and clinical interaction
