We are seeking an experienced sales leader to direct sales efforts, expand market presence, and drive revenue growth of our advanced wound care products within an assigned region. We are seeking candidates with a proven track record of success selling medical devices into the outpatient market and leading teams to meet or exceed sales and profitability objectives.

We prefer candidates with:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a scientific field
  • Successful medical device sales experience meeting or exceeding quotas, preferably in wound care, surgical products, or regenerative medicine
  • Six years of experience leading a high-performing sales organization

In this role you will:

  • Direct and manage sales activities in an assigned region
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue goals
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage the performance of high achieving employees
  • Develop ethical, long-term customer relationships and represent the company positively to customers through field travel, trade shows and clinical interaction
  • Identify sales growth opportunities in existing accounts and expansion of sales into new accounts
  • Manage field employees to adhere to the Company’s compliance rules and requirements
  • Manage price negotiation within the Company’s pricing rules
  • Effectively manage the region’s budget
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly quotas
  • Legally operate a motor vehicle to travel to sales calls
  • Travel overnight up to 70% of the time (generally 50-60%)
