We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations professional to establish our Sales Operations function while performing traditional Customer Service duties. This is an opportunity to join a growing medical device company in its early stages helping to create the processes and procedures necessary to provide outstanding service to our customers as well as internal cross-functional clients.
In this role you will:
• Analyze data and information to develop high-level trends, informing sales leadership
• Deliver a superior customer experience by handling sales operations and customer satisfaction activities in a results-oriented and timely manner that enables continued business growth
• Oversee GPO and Consignment Contracts and processes
We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 2 years of experience in a sales operations or advanced customer service role in the medical device industry with the ability to create scalable processes and procedures to meet today’s business needs while planning for future growth.
To be successful in this role you must be able to identify opportunities for improvement in our existing processes and provide scalable solutions, improve sales reporting by gathering business needs and evaluating the use and effectiveness of existing reports as well as partner on report and dashboard builds, provide analytics support to deliver sales insights to internal clients, monitor and manage the accuracy of sales reports, receive and process customer orders and ensure customers are accurately invoiced.
